  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Return Process

  3. Once received and inspected, your request will be processed.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Price differences, if any, must be settled accordingly.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; a return request may be raised after delivery as per policy.
